Compass Park is a community where you belong.

Compass Park offers an on-site Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, which provides medical services to the community and general public as well as housing our residents who need more intensive levels of care. Private and semi-private rooms are available. We accept Medicare, Medicaid and most insurance plans.

Our rehabilitation team provides physical, occupational and speech therapy to help ease the transition after a hospital stay. Your therapist will develop a customized program for you in our state-of-the-art therapy gym that will help you regain confidence and independence as quickly and safely as possible.

The memory care community at Compass Park serves older adults with residential housing in a carefully designed environment that nurtures the individual person while promoting wellness and enrichment opportunities. Our loving staff has been specially trained to work with people who have short- or long-term memory loss and to promote maximum independence.
